Created 100% by hand in our little NYC kitchen, our truffles are brimming with flavor and function; a glorious representation of what the world’s finest cacao and pure, organic, raw vegan ingredients with low glycemic sweeteners can do when combined with functional herbs, spices, and Love. All our creations are made in small batches by a mother-daughter team without refined sugar, soy, gluten, dairy, peanuts, GMO, or anything artificial.

Kissed with our raw tart bing cherry vanilla jam and hugged by a layer of raw dark velvet chocolate ganache, this truffle looks you in the eye and reminds you that life is to be cherryshed.

MONTEZUMA’S SECRET
This spicy, dark truffle is made with ingredients used by the Aztecs: achiote, serrano & chipotle chilis, vanilla, cinnamon, purple corn and soursop - a relative of the original earflower. β€œThe divine drink, which builds up resistance and fights fatigue. ~ Montezuma – Aztec Emperor (c. 1480-1520) Shaped like a coin, as cacao beans were used as currency!

JUJUBE MINE
As early as the "Book of Songs,” there were ancestors chanting jujube, which has a planting history of 8,000 years. This caramel is made of Chinese jujubes, Himalayan goji berries, Panax ginseng, and cinnamon, and tastes quite a bit like honey!

APHRODISIA
Dark ganache with powerful aphrodisiacs from around the globe: horny goat weed, fo ti, cistanche, maca, rose, mucuna, passionflower, shilajit, ginseng, and ashwagandha which, in Sanskrit, means β€œbreath of the horse.”

APPLE OF MY EYE
A white chocolate creme infused with soursop - also known as the custard apple - with a caramel made of sun-dried fuji apples.

With Butterfly Pea Flower and Blue Lotus essential oil. Because Love transforms us all!

We make our dulce de leche by combining salted caramel made of medjool dates with smooth raw cashew butter.
