Welcome to our April–May collection, inspired by a gracious afternoon Mamma Wonka and I spent at King’s Carriage House, where the ritual of High Tea unfolds with timeless charm and gentle ceremony. Here, petal and leaf are brought into harmonious accord - an offering for tea lovers, flower lovers, and, of course, our devoted ChocoLovers - each piece composed with care, as though for a garden fête in the fullness of spring.
Since we opened in 2008, EVERYTHING Mamma Wonka and I make is vegan, low-glycemic, and free of gluten, refined sugars, dairy, soy, peanuts, GMO and anything artificial. We are honored to work with the unadulterated components Mother Nature provides in exquisite combinations for both flavor and function. This is Botanical Alchemy.
All bars - like all our creations - are made of minimally heated heirloom organic cacao, and are free of GMO, refined sugar, dairy, soy, gluten, & peanuts.
Our truffle-style bars have become very popular - thick, satisfying, and nourishing. Shells of 70% cacao are freshly filled by hand in micro batches, like all our creations.

Gnosis has always been at the forefront of innovation in natural sweeteners. We partner with mother nature and small producers to bring you what we like to call botanical alchemy: functional chocolate. In fact, we visited our sources and were a founding member of the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Fund. We support Herbalists Without Borders, and believe access to herbal medicine and education on preventative wellness is our birthright.
We make our chocolate with Love, by hand, gift wrap every order, and use only clean, whole, organic, low-glycemic, vegan ingredients (no gluten, dairy, soy, peanuts, or GMO) and heirloom cacao beans sourced with great care.
