The following terms and conditions apply only to online purchases from Gnosis Chocolate (“Gnosis”) made through Gnosischocolate.com, via telephone, or email. The terms “you”, “your”, and “yours” refer to the customer/purchaser utilizing our Internet site to purchase services or merchandise (“Product”). The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Gnosis.

Returns and Refunds for Online Purchases

We believe the only way a business merits existence is through integrity, quality, and servicing happy customers. If there's anything we could have done better, please let us know; we're not happy until you are! 

That said, we do not guarantee refund for personal preference in flavor, but will work with you on a case-to-case basis and do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied.

Due to the nature of our business and the perishable products we sell, we cannot accept returns and do not guarantee refunds in any case unless we have made an error.

Shipped Products

Please allow up to 5 business days as we make and package every product by hand fresh daily! If this is for a holiday, birthday, wedding, anniversary, event, or any other such celebration and you need delivery by a specific date, please email us right away.

When buying Products from Gnosischocolate.com, you may have it shipped via one of our available shipping options. To deliver, we must have proper and complete addresses. If we must reship due to incorrect address, we may ask you to pay the additional shipping.

The shipping rate for orders within the US are a real-time calculation of the United States Postal Service prices as a reflection of the weight of the package and the distance it must travel. USPS charges the absolute best rates possible, and they’re the most eco-friendly carrier, too. 

Priority Mail is our default shipping method for all packages and should arrive to you within 2-3 days of shipping.
Express Mail is a choice you will see at checkout, which will place your order to the top of our list and should arrive to you within 1-2 days.

However, all carriers have been experiencing heavy delays due to COVID (fewer employees, planes, etc) and are no longer offering ANY guarantee whatsoever, even with Express. Therefore, we sadly can NOT guarantee any shipping method, nor can we offer refunds for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. Please expect your package to take significantly longer to arrive once it leaves our loving hands.
