At Gnosis, we're true pistachio enthusiasts, so when the "Dubai Chocolate Bar" craze swept in, we gnew we had to craft our own version! Our gluten-free, plant-based, low-glycemic version has quickly become one of our very best-selling creations of all time!
Thus, we have laid a new egg for the Spring Season… The Dubai Chocolate Egg, and nestle each into its own pearlescent green gift box.

Traditionally, the Dubai Chocolate bars are filled with knafeh (shredded pastry dough - most think it is phyllo but actually it's a unique recipe) toasted in butter, with pistachio, cheese, and syrup.
With GNOfeh, we retain the rich, indulgent flavors while offering deep nourishment. We’ve replaced knafeh with toasted coconut, use pure Sicilian pistachio butter, low glycemic coconut sugar, and envelope it all in raw, organic, artisanal cacao.
The pistachio (Pistacia vera) first appeared in recorded history as a common food at Jarmo around 6750 BC. By 700 BC, pistachio trees were said to grace the legendary Hanging Gardens of Babylon during the reign of King Merodach-Baladan. Archaeologists also discovered remains of the Atlantic pistachio in Israel’s Hula Valley, dating back an astonishing 780,000 years!
