Campaign Goals

key hires & training: first hire & train additional packaging assistant and an apprentice chocolatier, then general manager, customer service, and admin assistant
chocolate melter (currently only fits 10lbs)
inventory & develop of supply chains (to see the level of importance given to this, see: Raw Integrity Project)
pouring station and gadgets (still by hand but with added efficiencies- pouring is the most time-consuming element!)
new cooler (to set the chocolate - what I’m using is small with few shelves, and the temp isn’t adjustable)
new large cooler (to store finished product and sensitive ingredients such as nuts & seeds - the one I have is full!)
bar boxes (we’re almost out of some & must order all at once to keep costs reasonable! veggie ink printed, post consumer recycled)
polycarbonate bar molds (sturdier material and increased cavities will mean more efficient use of cooler space, and will reduce the time spent pouring and cleaning. we currently have molds with only 3 cavities and they are very flimsy)
the latest version of Quickbooks Enterprise & 2 new computers to run it (ours are all absolutely ancient!)
recertifications with CCOF Organic and Earth Kosher
